Sun-Dried Tomato Butter
Try this amazing Sun-Dried Tomato Butter as an accent to your everyday foods. This will be a very easy recipe and oh so worth the time it takes to make it. This butter can be added to just about anything such as: veggies, fish, beef, chicken, or pork, Baked potatoes, grilled corn or sandwiches are heavenly – yum! I haven’t met anyone that has made this recipe and not raved about it. Enjoy!

Beat butter in a bowl until fluffy with an electric mixer. Mix in parsley, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic salt, and pepper. Shape into a log by rolling the butter wrapped in plastic gently with your hands to desired shape. Chill in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours. Slice log; and and slices to your desired vegetable or meat.
