Tasty Tuna Salad Topped Salad
Need a break from a lot of holiday sweets and treats? Try this delicious salad topped with tuna salad and fixings. This recipe is quick, tasty and very healthy. Add a dinner roll, breadsticks or crackers. Try it, you’ll like it.

- Make the tuna salad by mixing the following ingredients into a small bowl: the tuna, celery, 4 green olives chopped, Tony’s seasoning, mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- On two dinner plates add 1 1/2 c of mixed greens to each plate. Top with shredded carrots.
- Add the half of tuna salad mixture to the center of the mixed greens to each plate. Add the quartered tomatoes around the edges of the tuna salad.
- Lastly, add slices of avocado around the tuna salad on each plate and top with one green olive in the center of the tuna salad mixture. If desired, top the whole salad plate with a salad dressing of your choice.
