Terrific Turkey Chili

It’s cold outside and it may be time for chili. Here’s a very quick and healthy turkey chili recipe that you will want to keep on hand for these not so warm days. I have no doubt you will like it!

  1. Brown ground turkey in pan on medium high.
  2. Add olive oil, and onion, cook until translucent (2 min).
  3. Add garlic, cook until fragrant (30 sec).
  4. Add spices, tomatoes, water and beans and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
  5. Garnish with sour cream and parsley if desired.
