Thai Peanut Tempeh Sautee
Tempeh is an ingredient that you may not know how to cook, I know I didn’t when I first heard of it years ago. But it is a delicious and healthy source of protein when prepared properly! This Thai Peanut Tempeh Sautee comes together in under 20 minutes and it is great for serving on top of a salad, or with rice and steamed veggies with the extra sauce for drizzling!

- Meanwhile, whisk together the sauce ingredients until smooth (if it is too thick add a little more water).
- Coat the tempeh in the peanut sauce and serve over rice, or greens.
