The Perfect Easter Ham Dish

Looking for the perfect Easter ham dish? Look no further for this Lemon Rosemary Glazed Ham recipe.  It’s the perfect blend of citrusy lemon extract, balanced by the sweetness of honey and herby rosemary.  It’s easy enough for everyday and yet impressive enough for the holidays.

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.  Place the ham on its side in roasting pan.  Mix 1 cup of the honey, 1 1/2 teaspoons of the extract and 1 teaspoon of the rosemary in small bowl until well blended.  Brush 1/2 of the honey mixture over ham, gently separating the slices so mixture can reach the middle of ham. Cover loosely with foil.
  2. Bake 1 hour, basting occasionally with pan drippings. Remove foil. Brush with remaining honey mixture.  Bake 45 minutes longer.
  3. Meanwhile, mix remaining 1/4 cup honey, 1/2 teaspoon extract and 1/4 teaspoon rosemary in small bowl.  Serve with ham along with the pan drippings.
