Tuna Pesto Melt
Have a craving for an ooey-gooey grilled sandwich but short on time? Try this delicious sandwich, and make it sing with zesty pesto tuna salad! For cold days, just add a cup of soup to this sandwich to keep you warm and toasty. Yum!

- In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, pesto, and yogurt.
- Mix tuna (drained), pesto, and yogurt together.
- Place a slice of cheese on one piece of bread, spoon on the tuna mixture, cover with one more slice of cheese, and top it off with the remaining piece of bread.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil. Place sandwich onto skillet and drizzle olive oil on the top piece of bread. Grill until the bread gets lightly browned. Carefully flip and grill the second side until the cheese is melted.
*Make this recipe Gluten Free by using gluten free bread. For Dairy Free, substitute mayo or olive oil for the yogurt and skip the cheese.
