Turkey-Pork Burgers With Asian Slaw
It’s grilling season and time to try new recipes. Tired of hamburgers? Try pairing ground turkey and pork for a really juicy burger with a delicious Asian coleslaw topping. This is a treat not to be missed!

- Asian Slaw: In a small bowl, combine Asian slaw and dressing and mix. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Burgers: Preheat a charcoal or gas grill for direct grilling over high.
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey and pork and remaining ingredients except for buns. Form into 6-8 patties.
- Grill patties 6 minutes. Turn; grill 6-8 minutes or until an instant-read thermometer inserted in center of each burger reaches 165ºF. Do not press burgers on the grill or you’ll squeeze out all of the juices. Serve immediately with Asian slaw. Enjoy!
