Turkey Wild Rice Country Soup

Still need more ideas to use up your lefover turkey?  Try this turkey wild rice soup that is easy to make and oh so delicious especially on a cold winter day. You can substitute chicken instead of turkey if you wish.  You can’t go wrong with this dish.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except turkey(or chicken).
  2. Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
  3. Add turkey, simmer another 30 minutes.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
