Vegan White Chocolate Bars
Many commercial white chocolate bars contain dairy and bad oils, but if you make your own at home, you can do so with quality ingredients and I think they taste even better! These ones happen to be vegan, and you can customize them with other flavors if you like! They would be perfect for upcoming Valentine’s Day!

- Combine cacao butter, cashew butter, vanilla, maple syrup, and sea salt over a double boiler, and whisk until smooth.
- Pour into chocolate bar molds, sprinkle with desired toppings, and place in the freezer until hard, which can take 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on how warm it is.
- Pop chocolate out of molds and enjoy!
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a month, or the freezer for up to a few months.
