Vegan White Chocolate Bars

Many commercial white chocolate bars contain dairy and bad oils, but if you make your own at home, you can do so with quality ingredients and I think they taste even better!  These ones happen to be vegan, and you can customize them with other flavors if you like!  They would be perfect for upcoming Valentine’s Day!

  1. Combine cacao butter, cashew butter, vanilla, maple syrup, and sea salt over a double boiler, and whisk until smooth.
  2. Pour into chocolate bar molds, sprinkle with desired toppings, and place in the freezer until hard, which can take 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on how warm it is.
  3. Pop chocolate out of molds and enjoy!
  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a month, or the freezer for up to a few months.
