Watermelon Cooler

Making your own delicious drink to serve to a party is easy, and it does not need to be something unhealthy and sugar filled like many of the recipes that use soda.  In the drink recipe I am sharing with you today, I use fresh watermelon for most of the liquid which creates a sweet drink. I add mint for freshness, a little lime juice to make it tart and sparking water.  Just a dash of stevia if you want it sweeter and you have something that is wonderful to serve at a graduation party or summer get together. If you are having a party for adults, this is wonderful with a little tequila or gin.

In a blender, combine the watermelon and lime juice. Buzz until well blended then add the mint and stevia and buzz briefly until the mint is chopped and the stevia is incorporated. Pour into your pitcher, then add the sparking water and some ice and stir to blend.
