Watermelon Strawberry Salsa
If you are looking for a new appetizer to serve at your next picnic, grad party or Memorial Day party, then this Watermelon Strawberry Salsa is for you! Sure, you can serve regular salsa, but this sweet fruity salsa is easy to make, healthy, and so good! I combine the fruit with fresh mint, lime juice chilies, and some onions and garlic and that is all it needs. This is even good made ahead of time, because then the flavors can combine even more. The flavor is delicious! Sweet, but savory, and perfect for enjoying with some organic corn tortilla chips. So why not make a batch of this colorful salsa for your next gathering?
