Staple Grocery List
When I talk with customers, they have great intentions of starting to eat healthy but have no idea where to start or what to buy. My biggest problem was I was stuck in my ways, and the standard food choices that were learned growing up were at the fore front. I had to teach myself a whole new style of buying and cooking. Shopping at Fresh & Natural forces creativity. Fresh is the new norm. Here is a great start to a shopping list for those trying to transition in a new way of eating. The list, categorized by department location, is meant to give you ideas and in no way will reflect everyones’ tastes or diet needs. I should also note that it is extensive, assuming we are starting with a clean palete or new “clean kitchen”. The items are followed by a list of ideas for meal planning.
