Artisan Bistro Bake

Frozen pre-made food items are one of the fastest growing areas in the super market industry.  Many individuals and family’s find that they just don’t have them time to prepare meals the way we used too.  I happen to eat a fair amount of frozen foods during my lunch time.  I enjoy eating meat and fish, but almost all gluten free frozen meals are vegetarian.  But now we have Artisan Bistro bakes in 3 different flavors.

  • Cheddar Beef Bake
  • Wild Alaskan Salmon Bake
  • Chicken Parmesan Bake

I have tried all three flavors, and I actually love the Wild Alaskan Salmon Bake the most.  Sustainable sourced salmon with organic asparagus, basil and Arborio rice.  I purchase the Cheddar Beef Bake for my husband’s work lunches.  It is made with grass fed beef, organic black beans, carrots and brown rice.  Last but not least, the Chicken Parmesan Bake is made with free ranged chicken, organic asparagus, gluten free pasta and zucchini.  Chicken and beef used are humanely raised on farms without the use of antibiotics or growth hormones.  As with all frozen meals, these are best if cooked in an oven, but if you just don’t have the time, they can be cooked in a microwave.  I found these to be a wonderful addition to our work lunch routines.  I hope you will give these a try, and you like them as much as I do!
